I have been storytelling since I was tiny. From creative truths and exaggeration that got me into (and out of) mischief as a child, to writing stories set in far off places and new worlds in my teens until now.
I love writing. Characters that are flawed, and yet completely loveable, are my passion.
During the 2020 Pandemic, and subsequent International lockdown, I decided to finish one of the stories I’ve been desperate to tell. This became my first Novella and e-book called The Artist, set in my home country of Australia.
This series continues to grow. With my second Novel, a one hundred and twenty thousand word chunky novel, called The Author. I haven’t looked back since finishing my first Novella, as I am currently working on my third full-length Novel in the Stirling Town Collection. I continue to write as often as humanly possible – including lunch breaks and after work.
I often love to challenge the status quo and I love to confront big social justice issues, complex matters of the heart and strong people who have real life weaknesses that don’t make them any less kick-ass.
I am a prolific reader, a book-dragon at heart. I can often be found curled up with a good book and a cup of tea, surrounded by my book hoard. I am often reading when I’m not writing, working or exploring,
I have a passion for history, travelling, adventures and exploring new places. I often take unusual adventures – sometimes on my own – wherever the fancy takes me. I have roamed the globe and have some great stories from amazing places. I’m currently living and working in the UK.
I am a cheerleader for other writers because it is not as easy as it looks!
